By placing an order with Velva Handcrafted Cosmetics, you agree to the following terms.

Products All products are handcrafted in small batches using Ayurvedic-inspired ingredients. Slight variations in colour, texture, and appearance between batches are natural and expected — this is the charm of handmade!

Ingredients & Allergies Full ingredient lists are provided on every product listing. It is the customer's responsibility to review ingredients before purchasing. Velva Handcrafted Cosmetics is not liable for reactions due to known or unknown sensitivities.

Orders & Payment All prices are in Canadian dollars (CAD). We reserve the right to cancel any order at our discretion. Payment is processed securely through Shopify Payments or PayPal.

Returns All sales are final. Please refer to our Return & Refund Policy for details.

Intellectual Property All content on this website including product names, descriptions, photos, and branding belongs to Velva Handcrafted Cosmetics and may not be used without written permission.
