Due to the personal care nature of our handcrafted soaps, all sales are final. We do not accept returns, exchanges, or refunds.

Damaged or Incorrect Orders If your order arrives damaged in transit or you received the wrong item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at hpolepally@gmail.com with a clear photo. We will replace the item at no additional cost.

All ingredients are listed on every product. Please review before purchasing if you have known skin sensitivities. We are not responsible for reactions due to individual allergies.
